Creator limit per site

This is the maximum number of creators you can add to each of your Jira Product Discovery sites (you get one site per plan). Creators are licensed users who actively create and manage projects, ideas, fields, and views. See a full list of creator permissions.

Number of contributors

Contributors need a free Atlassian account. They can contribute to discovery projects but don’t need all the permissions of creators. See a full list of contributor permissions.

Support

The Free plan has access to self-help resources in the Atlassian Community while the Standard plan includes support during business hours (see which hours apply to your time zone). Learn more about support.
